1) About these Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of PlayGoldHub.com (the “Service”) operated by PlayGoldHub Limited (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility (21+)

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you are located.

3) Social casino / entertainment only

The Service is a social casino experience for entertainment. No real-money gambling is offered. Virtual coins/credits have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash or prizes of real-world value, and cannot be cashed out.

4) Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• One account per person unless we approve otherwise.
• We may suspend or close accounts for suspected fraud, security risk, or breach of these Terms.

5) Virtual coins and purchases

• We may grant free virtual coins via gameplay, promotions, or daily bonuses; amounts and availability may change.
• Optional in-app purchases may allow you to obtain virtual coins or features. Prices, offers, and availability may change at any time.
• All virtual items are licensed, not sold, and remain subject to these Terms.
• No refunds or exchanges for virtual items except where required by New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 where applicable).

6) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, using bots/automation, or manipulating outcomes.
• Harassment, hate speech, unlawful content, or infringing others’ rights.
• Attempting unauthorised access, scraping, interfering with the Service, or reverse engineering where prohibited by law.
• Selling, trading, or transferring accounts or virtual items outside the Service.

7) Intellectual property

The Service, software, artwork, logos, and content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for lawful personal entertainment.

8) Service changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including virtual coin balances, features, or promotions, and may terminate your access for breach, security, or legal reasons. Upon termination, your licence ends and virtual items may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

9) Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted, our total liability for all claims connected with the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us (if any) for the relevant purchase in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10) Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved, these Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
